Galetech Energy Services Opens Cork Office
Galetech Energy Services (GES), one of Ireland’s leading renewable energy consultancy firms has opened a south/southwest regional office near Cork Airport at the start of 2017.
GES plans on growing its team in 2017 at its head office in Cavan and regional office in Cork to expand the company’s offering in Ireland and internationally across our range of services from project feasibility, planning & development services through preconstruction & construction project management to asset management.
Along with opening the new office in Cork, GES welcomes Donal Smith, electrical engineer and grid specialist, as a senior member of the GES team. Donal brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the GES team having developed numerous projects in the past with SWS, Bord Gais and Brookfield.
Donal is heavily involved in policy development and sits on the IWEA grid committee. When opening the office, Preconstruction Manager, Paul Carney said “It is with great pleasure that we welcome Donal Smith to GES and our Cork office.
Donal is a very strong addition to our team. With our growing teams at our new office located in Cork along with our head office in Cavan, GES is now very well placed to serve all of our clients throughout the island of Ireland and internationally. GES will continue to grow its business this year and we are now recruiting for an electrical engineer to join Donal and myself in the Cork office.”
